Who Are You, Really? Exploring the Fluidity of Self

Ever wondered which parts of you are truly you—the unchanging core that stays the same no matter what—versus the parts that can evolve with the right mindset? I’ve been told more than once that I have a “strong character,” meaning I don’t change my entire personality so easily. And while that sounds flattering, it’s always…

    How to Keep Beauty Effortlessly

There’s something captivating about a person who radiates beauty without trying too hard. They always look put together, even if they show up in their coziest outfits. Let Go And Regain Control of Your Life

Have you ever felt weighed down, like no amount of sleep, healthy eating, or socializing seems to lift you up anymore? You try all the right things, but it’s like you’re treading water and barely staying afloat. You begin to question whether any of the habits you’ve been building will really make a difference long-term….

This is how it all started…

Hi there! I’m Milica, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to my little corner of the internet.

I started this blog as a way to share my passion for philosophy and mental wellbeing with the world. Whether you’re here to learn about mental health or just simply implement healthy routines, I hope you find this space helpful, engaging, and maybe even a little bit entertaining!

A bit about me: I’m currently doing an apprenticeship as a programmer in Switzerland, meaning I work and still have an education to learn everything about my profession. In the free time I enjoy trying out new activities, but the main interests that stuck with me were reading, painting and doing different physical activities. I’ve always had a love for philosophy and figuring my personal meaning of life, and I’ve done so much reasearch the past few years and made my own experiences, which is what led me to create this blog. I’m excited to share my journey and insights with you.

What can you expect from this blog? I’ll be diving into topics like stoicism, mental health, a good work-school-life balance or just simply romanticizing life, and I’m always looking for new ideas and inspiration. My goal is to create a community where we can share, learn, and grow together.

When I’m not blogging, you can usually find me in a book store struggling to prevent buying 10 new books at once, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Thank you for stopping by, and I’m so glad to have you here. Feel free to explore, leave a comment, or reach out—I’d love to hear from you!

Cheers,
Milica
